Best lens cleaner for glasses

Which cleaner or wipes do you find works best for specs?

The ones from Lakeland are the best, I find.

Zeiss or spray and micro fibre cloth

Home bargains sell a spray with microfibre cloth for 99p. Brilliant

Soap and water.

Fairy liquid

Isopropyl alcohol

The wipes from Lidl.

Washing up liquid. Never wipes - they move the little particles of dirt over the glass and scratch it. Best way to wash them is to rinse them under water first to wash away the tiny particles. Then rub a tiny bit of washing up liquid over the glass and the rest of the glasses with your fingers to remove the grease and smears. Rinse again and dry with a lint free cloth like a tea towel. Has kept my glasses like new, no scratches.

I used to find the Wilko ones were the best so I need to find better options too! I find kitchen roll alone can be good if they aren’t too grubby.
