Think you sorted your direct debit after discovering you were several hundred pounds in credit ?

Think again. They will up it (and not tell you) because they can. At least that was the TL;DR of my interesting call with them.

Apparently my expectations of customer service are unrealistic - although they haven't put that in writing.

Of course I did. It's a one bed flat and I use very little gas or electricity. No tv, one or two loads of washing per week, only use the heating when it's needed.

I'm not saying the DD was enough for the winter. I was saying that despite me contacting them several times and saying they haven't been charging me correctly, and them saying it would be sorted, they haven't done a thing. I'm now in debt with them because of it!

I've had exactly the same thing. So fed up.

I love doing the wheel, even though I have never won either.
