What time do I take my tablets?!

I'm on chemotherapy tablets which must be taken at 12 hour intervals. My chemo brain won't let me work out what time I should take tomorrow morning's dose, with the clocks going back.

Tonight's dose is 9.30pm, tomorrow's would normally be 9.30am so do I take it at 8.30am tomorrow? I think that's right but I am doubting my chemo brain! Help!

Yes but will an hour make that much difference?

Not the same at all but my dog is insulin dependent 12 hourly injections and we go with what the clock says

All our clocks automatically change time so that won't work for me @cocksstrideintheevening.

It's probably best to keep to the schedule @Doggymummar if I can. Oncologist says roughly 12 hours apart so I'm not sure an hour's difference falls into thr roughly category. I know it's a one off but I really, really, really want my chemo to work so am probably a bit paranoid about timings and if I'm going to change it to match the clocks going back I just wanted to make sure I was adjusting it in the right direction.

I remember the clock change as “spring forward, fall back” (as taught to me in primary school).

so if your regular dose would be 9.30am, it “falls back” an hour to 8.30am, you are quite right.

Excellent, so I am not totally losing the plot!
