Twin beds that convert to double/king

I've come across these in hotels and want them for our guest room - so you can push them together and dress with a double sheet without anyone falling down the crack. Does anyone know where I can get these?

was looking in Dreams last weekend for a new bed. They had several zip-link mattresses. Just put on divan bases.

I got ours from somewhere called Hotel beds or similar.
I ordered them online, they are great and make a massive plus king size bed when zipped together, I did have to get new extra deep king size sheets though 😊
