Worried about probably nothing in my mouth?

I have crazy health anxiety and sometimes I notice things in my body that have probably been there forever but I overthink. So I just want to get some insight. On the top of my mouth, right behind my back molars on each side, there are bumps. I’m pretty sure it’s a bone between my soft and hard palate but I just want to check if anyone else has that. I can feel it if I press down hard with my tongue and it’s on each side of the top of my mouth behind my teeth. Sorry if I sound crazy. I’m just freaking out right now lol. I’m an idiot because I went to the dentist recently and failed to ask because I was embarrassed.

Where your wisdom teeth were/are? It's just bone and gum there, or scar tissue if you had them removed. I'm guessing scar tissue.
edit:
Ok I just inspected my own and I felt bone.

No it’s like on the palate between the soft/hard palate on the sides

If it's on both sides then I'd assume it's just normal I cant think of anything sinister it could possibly be

Oh!! I see now. I had that after a dental surgery, I think it was skin but it went away. I think a dentist would know best. It's nothing to be embarrassed about, I have health anxiety as well and there's nothing wrong with asking to ease it. I recently had an MRI because I was convinced my nerve pain was actually a tumor 😳 That was a little embarrassing but I think doctors are used to it.

Yeah I dunno. I did have braces for a wide bite/overbite and I’m wondering if that has something to do with it. It doesn’t hurt and it feels like bone but I was just curious if anyone else had that.

If you have been to the dentist recently they would have noticed anything that needed further investigation, they don’t just look at your teeth, it’s a whole mouth check, I really wouldn’t worry.

Yeah! Like in this general area? I haven’t had surgery or anything. Just noticed bony growth

Yeah I figured they would see if anything looked weird but I always assume they are missing something. I’m only 30 but I used to vape during COVID so it stressed me out. This made me feel a little better thank you
