Nobody pays that. You buy something else of a required value and then can buy it for 40 quid or whatever it is this year

GingerRuby · 27/10/2023 18:56

It is £45 when you spend £35 on clothing, beauty or homewares, says is worth 340

Mybestusername · 27/10/2023 18:57

No. It's worth £340 and costs £45, but you need to spend an additional £35 to get it at that price.

This always happens. Just read what their terms are online. It’s well advertised.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 27/10/2023 18:58

They do that , and it rings up on the till (to give you the vapours) at that price until they add the discount after your qualifying spend

Barbarianmumsy · 27/10/2023 18:58

Ah didn’t realise that, was thinking £340 is a bonkers amount

Well, even £45 is pricy for the miniature products in there, half of which you probably won’t use anyway.

I bought it yesterday. I was buying other stuff anyway and thought it would be a nice treat. The one they did last year was excellent and worth every penny.

There's a lot of full sized products in there. The mascara retails at over £20 and the shower gel is over £18. Add in the lip gloss and two nail polishes, as well as all the other stuff and it's a bargain.

I ordered online and received mine today, it looks brilliant. I like the way all the boxes are in a big make up bag instead of a cardboard box. It's mostly full size products and amazing value for money.

You have to spend £35 on full price clothing or homeware then can buy the calendar for £45.
