My eldest daughter is 5, and really wants to go to a theme park, my youngest is 2, I need something for both of them, youngest is around the 90cm mark but may be slightly under, haven't been able to get a height. Any suggestions? It's for this weekend?

Not sure where you are based but Gullivers kingdom is perfect for those ages :)

BoothsChristmasBook · 27/10/2023 12:25

Gulliver's Kingdoms are great for that age. Sheffield, Matlock and one near Manchester. Thomas Land at Drayton Manor. Peppa Pig world down south is supposed to be really good. Sundown Adventure Land off A1 is crazy but great for those ages. All rides really small loads of playgrounds and indoor play. Where abouts are you?

Ukholidaysaregreat · 27/10/2023 12:29

O think there is some sort of Fairy World near there. Don't know if it just big playgrounds or has rides too. Will try googling.

TeenDivided · 27/10/2023 12:29

Paulton's Park, incorporating peppa pig world, near Southampton.
may be too far though.

BoothsChristmasBook · 27/10/2023 12:30

Diggerland or gullivers land then

Ukholidaysaregreat · 27/10/2023 12:30

Bewilderwood! Sounds nice. Haven't been though!

Pascha · 27/10/2023 12:31

Drayton Manor is just under 3hrs from Ipswich.

Farcry66 · 27/10/2023 12:34

Gullivers world in Milton Keynes would be an easy first theme park - its a bit Pleasurewood Hills but with more rides suited to little ones.
Bewilderwood is amazing, but it's all giant playgrounds rather than rides - although I guess you could count the boat as a ride.

My first choice would be Alton Towers though, Cbeebies world is brilliant, I took my son for his 3rd birthday (a week before his birthday so I didn't have to pay fornhim!). But that is a trek from Suffolk.

Paultons park - there's more than just peppa pig world there - it's just outside Southampton

Damnloginpopup · 27/10/2023 15:47

Pleasurewood Hills near Lowestoft is open this week for Halloween. Can use Tesco vouchers too if you have them. Sunday evening it has a large fireworks display to close so that's the day I'd opt for to be honest!

NB the scare mazes are very good this year.

EmptyYoghurtPot · 27/10/2023 15:50

Pleasurewood Hills is a good starter theme park with kids of that age.

Monkeybutt1 · 27/10/2023 16:22

Gullivers as suggested. I would avoid Alton Towers this weekend as it will be packed

Passthecake30 · 27/10/2023 16:24

Paultons Park or Legoland for that age
