I don’t know why but when there’s a job that catches my eye, I can dream about being in the role but not bring myself to properly apply for the job!
I just submitted a job application right before the deadline, and in the midst of rushing and editing last minute, forgot to copy across a key paragraph that would have likely secured me a job interview. The application is basically a write off without it.
Does anyone have tips on getting your head down and avoiding procrastination?
