Can I just ask is working for the mist team In policing hard work/stressful.

ANY work in the police is stressful. It completely messed up my ex (hence the divorce!). I believe he was on MIST after being signed off of work for months after a breakdown. It didn't help him at all.

I'm really sorry that happend . Was hoping for positive story's /outcomes for my friend. Maybe there are not any . I'm really sorry it was hard on you both.
