Bad nights sleep? Feel sick the next day
Driving on windy roads? Travel sickness
Ate too much or too little? Instant nausea
Got a throat infection? Feel sick
Kids got a sick bug? Mum is nauseous till it’s over!
Of course all my pregnancies I had the all day morning sickness nausea for months on end!
Very rarely does anything come of it but it means I spend several days each month not being able to eat properly, do any activity and like a walking zombie!
I’ve been to the drs who did my bloods which all came back normal, I did the fodmap diet for months which I worked out I’m intolerant to onion/garlic so I completely avoid them now.
I’m quite literally sick of it! 🤢

I'm the same but I didn't get sickness when pregnant, weirdly. Not to your extent though.

Absolutely the same here, and always have been since a child. For example, I got back from a work trip to Europe at midnight last night, I'm so tired, I could literally be sick at my desk right now. Also horrendous travel sickness in cars so have to drive everywhere, was really sick when I was pregnant etc etc. I completely understand, but I'm not sure we'll ever change!

Mine is being dizzy or fainting, not sure what I’d like more!

I'm like this - I started a thread the other day about my period nausea getting really bad. But like you I also feel sick when tired, and when I have a cold. I didn't sleep very well last night and feel queasy today.

I'm very very rarely actually sick. But frequently feel nauseated. My period nausea is the worst though.
