Dairy, soya and gluten free party food

Sorry posting here for traffic.

One of the little boys coming to DD’s party is allergic to dairy, soya, and gluten. I’ve said to mum I’ll cater for him because I don’t want him to feel left out!

Can anyone recommend any good ‘free from’ alternatives to the standard kids party food? I was planning to just cook up lots of pizza and cut them up so a gluten free, dairy free pizza would be ideal!

Ask whether it’s just cows milk or sheep/goat as well.

I very gently saute chopped leek and garlic, a pinch of herbs. Fry a nice sausage (check ingredients - soy lecithin is 322) and chop. A swipe of tomato sauce on a gf flatbread of some sort, allowed cheese (vegan?), leek and sausage mix then more cheese on top. Grill until bubbling.

DS was gluten free for a while and we never found an edible shop bought pizza (although I learnt to make a gluten free pizza base myself).

Dairy-free cheese is also pretty horrible (and full of crap!)

I'd just ask his mum which pizza he normally eats and buy one of those. DS just didn't eat pizza during the year he was GF, unless I made it. Even things like GF rolls can be a bit hit and miss, so it's best to just use the ones he's used to.

Asda do a pizza free of all major allergens, in a red box. Kirsty's I think.
My daughter has the same allergens and Asda has a good range of alternative products.

How allergic is he - will he be ok with it being in the same oven?
