Spots or bumps on chest and arms

I'd like some advice please.

I have lots of tiny bumps under the skin on my chest and upper arms. I think they are on my back too, only I can't see properly. Does anyone know what's causing them and how I can get rid of them?

I had wondered about keratosis pilaris, but wasnt sure if it affected the chest area? Photos are what I mean

It's keratosis pilaris. You can get it anywhere where there are hair follicles.
Exfoliating with a loofah or scrubby sponge, and moisturising well helps me.
