Cornish pasty recipe?

I love pasties, however the Sainsburys offerings are mediocre at best and in puff pastry.

I tried to make my own today, using the BBC Good Food recipe, unfortunately the pastry was so short it crumbled and I'm not sure if they'll just leak everywhere....

I'll see how they turn out, but I wondered if anyone had a good recipe they could pass on?

Absolutely the best one out there. I'm Scottish, the husband is Cornish and he remains shocked that my pasties are better than his mums. And he's actually told her that. 😁
