Anyone had the following message and can shed some light on timescales or what it’s about?

Hello,
This is the Enhanced Review Team contacting you about your claim to Universal Credit. We believe you are not entitled to receive Universal Credit because we have doubts about the legitimacy of your claim. Accordingly, we have suspended payment of your Universal Credit. To resolve this doubt on your claim to Universal Credit please contact 0800 328 5644 and ask to speak to the Enhanced Review Team. If we do not hear from you by 24/11/2023, your claim will be closed.

it was added to my todo list to add ID and 4 months bank statements i have but i’ve heard nothing and now worried about future payments

They rang me within a few days, asked some random questions, added some to dos in my journal for me to uploads things then was all sorted within a few days

Hello, I have received the same message on my journal :( my anxiety and panic are through the roof, I feel sick and can't breathe I have my phone call on Tuesday, please can you tell me what it was like and what they asked for , what they need sending? I can't go out at the moment as I'm sick and Im so worried, what I have to print and send etc and was everything ok or where they intimidating? Thanks 🙏 I would really appreciate it if you could tell me what they ask and need so I'm kind of ready 😭😭

I recently received this message in my UC journal. I was in the same stare as you. I was worried sick. But it really isn't anything to worry about. The dwp have a new team called the risk review team to battle illegitimate claims set up during covid. They are checking millions of accounts. The phone call was a lovely lady from the risk review team she just spent 20 minutes or so asking questions about my living situation, children, employment and so on. I had to upload Birth certificates of myself and my children, driving licence, utility bills, council tax invoices, tenancy agreement and safety deposit protection scheme proof, letter from my gp and children's schools confirming their attendance, gas safety and electricity safety certificates and epc rating on my property. I had two weeks to do this so try and get a headstart. I sent all the information in my to do list and 3 days later they reviewed my case and reinstated my payment. It was a stressful situation but they made it clear if everything was above board then I would have nothing to worry about. Fingers crossed it gets sorted pretty quickly for you. But I can't fault them at all on how I was treated.

i’ve waited two weeks and still no interview just keep getting told in due course has anyone else had this i’m getting really stressed.

My UC payment was due to go in today however as it is a Saturday it should have already been in. My statement was up on time anyone know what is going on never heard off it before???
