Can anyone with a more functioning brain than me help me -
Can I take an antihistamine and beechams cold and flu?
It had phenylrine in it (and paracetamol) which Google says is a decongestant...
So it should be fine to take an antihistamine too?
I feel crap and not sure if it's a cold or allergy and want to hit it from all directions. And nap. And feel sorry for myself!
