I have "lost " my WhatsApp from my phone and can't reinstall it .please help !!

Kept getting messages saying WhatsApp was not responding.

I it wasn't working when I clicked on icon.

Stupidly clicked uninstall.

Now I can't even re install it .
What the hell have I done !

I think WhatsApp has gone down as I am having the same issue.

Have you turned your phone off and on again before trying?

I don't think it has gone down as mine is loading fine. Am out and about so am using mobile data. Don't know if that is relevant though.

If your phone's very, VERY old then it may have been removed. Ancient operating systems can't keep up with its security measures.

Only applies if your phone hasn't been installing system updates for several years.

My WhatsApp is fine....

(Editing to clarify: You cannot reinstall or redownload Whatapp through the app store?)

If you've uninstalled whatsapp it is possible that your phone may have backed up your chats, files, images. You would have to have a look through your phone's system files, and then a whatapp folder, should have all the files in there.

Do you remember setting up a backup to Google Drive or something like that in the settings? That will make it easier to restore once you download and link WhatsApp again.

Is your phone OS 5 or less?
