How do you get to speak to someone at Vueling?

I get airlines are trying to save money, but sometimes passengers really need to talk to them and making it nearly impossible to get hold of someone isn't great customer service. There's a number I found (020 3514 3971) but it's very limited as it tends to direct you to the website, which is useless. Does anyone know how to get hold of a real person at Vueling please? Thank you!

Found this on customer service page, numbers for contact:

  • United Kingdom
  • 02035143971
  • 0-24 h every day. Personalised service: Monday to Sunday, 9am – 10pm. Spanish time.

Oops sorry, youve tried that one!!

I used that number and got through to a real person a couple of weeks ago. Probably took 5 mins of going through options to get to the real person.

Vueling are part of Ryanair..... So the service will be crap.

@Bumbers do you happen to remember what choices you went for? So far all the ones that were loosely related to my problem didn't yield anything besides sending me to the website!

@CreationNat1on are you sure? I thought it belongs to the same company as BA and Iberia.

Vueling are not owned by Ryan Air they're owned by the same group (IAG) that owns BA and Iberia.
However apparently selecting option 4, using the phone number you posted should get you through to a real person.
