Hi all, 48 year old woman here and just so tired but wired lately. My sleep has totally gone to pot for the last six months or so. I'll pop off to sleep no problem but always wake at 2 or 3 am, sometimes easily go back to sleep, or often like last night, I don't get to go back to sleep at all. I've tried lots - no alcohol, no coffee, exercise, but to no avail. I have a history of anxiety but this feels different, it's not the usual stomach clenching worry about specific things that I used to get, it's just general awful tiredness and crap sleep. Please help!!
