Struggling - burnout ?

I'm struggling. I'm mentally and physically exhausted. I WFH FT & have 3 teen DC. My job is not difficult and I can have occasionally give myself an easier day if I want to/need to (not all the time though !). I also work part time in the eves in a supermarket as we need the cash.

Working FT in the day & PT in the eves Mon - Fri.
Caring for SEN DC. He largely needs food on demand and its exhausting. DH does help with this. Last night he wanted a dinner cooked at midnight. I was in bed and refused, he had a huge meltdown. He eventually settled on a snack I made at 12.30am. This was after I had got out of bed once already to pick up DH who phoned me begging for a lift home. That was at 11pm.
Running the house, including all admin/finances/cleaning/laundry. Only exception is I don't DH laundry as he prefers to do his own.
Helping DH who is ASD and finds even the smallest thing challenging, He works FT and that is sometimes all he can cope with
Mentally planning Xmas - what will I buy and how will I afford it
A specific friend's demands of me going to everything that is arranged socially. She messages me so much in the day and often narrates her whole day to me via whatsapp as its happening
Half term and I have arranged a few things for the DC, in-between me working, I will take them.
Taking 1 DC to a hair cut this week, another needs to be booked in. Same DC booked in for the SEN dentist. This DC is also asking me for a new piece of furniture for their bedroom and wanting to go shopping for it, they decided to dismantle the old furniture the other night only for there to be problems and I ended up rebuilding the furniture as they couldn't do it.

I am tired, so very tired. When is anyone going to do something for me ? I feel like everyone is take, take, take from me. I wish I had booked this week, half term, off work. But I am trying to save my holiday as it could be needed at a different time.
