Does house maintenance stress you out?

Because it stresses me out! This is a moan, but I'd also love any advice.

The list seems to get longer.

We have an ongoing condensation issue that we thought we'd solve by getting new windows. Nope! It's better but not great. I try and hoover it off with my window vacuum.

No window in our bathroom so doesn't help with moisture levels! Do have a fan and vent though. We would love to convert our outbuilding into a bathroom with ventilation but £££££.

A light fixture is broken so currently using a lamp in that room. We have about 1 socket, 5 lights that need seeing to by an electrician. Just need updated or are broken.

The back wall of the house is falling apart. Like parts of the brickwork and the paint are just shedding onto the outhouse roof below. Is this something house insurance would help us with?

We need sealant repaired at the front too.

GAHHHH

Moan over 🥲

I don't really have any advice but we get quite a bit of condensation too. We use this dehumidifier with great success!!

Yes, it really stresses me. But it feels good to tackle stuff.

We also had an issue with our windows, we're in a new build, it even goes into the loft and drips down, it's not ideal. I've bought a small dehumidifier and it's made a big difference, put it on for 30 mins and our windows are clear, and then I just leave it on in the hall during the day with the doors open in the autumn/winter. I also open the windows for half an hour, it all makes a big difference surprisingly.
