Can anyone recommend an audio book to listen to with teens?

I've got some long journeys coming up with two young teens and wondering if anyone can recommend an audio book? They like murder mysteries so was wondering about Sherlock Holmes but not sure if too dry? They also like classics like Jane Austen/Dickens but not sure if they are bit too slow/detailed to keep their attention and keep them awake!

Would love to hear any ideas.

Terry Pratchett? Maybe the Tiffany Aching books.

My first “adult” audio books when i was 12/13 were Joan Hickson’s narrated Miss Marple. Particularly the short stories called “The Blue Geranium and other stories”, and its sequel. I remain addicted to whodunnits, probably as a result of these tapes!

My kids (mixed sexes 15 and 11) all absolutely loved listening to Miss Bensons Beetle, it’s one that they all refer to as their favourite book. It’s got a bit of mystery, intrigue, adventure and humour. Would v much recommend!

I was going to suggest Terry Pratchett! I'm currently listening to Gigi Pandian's Alchemist books which are very American but enjoyable, depending on age. The narrator is one of the few Americans that doesn't speak really fast. There is reference to love, and to staying overnight with each other, but no direct sex references I think, maybe some kissing?
