Manchester airport & Easyjet - are masks still required?

Just filling out our check in details, and the EJ website says that masks are still required in the airport and possibly on the plane.

Anyone know of this is up to date info please?

It's not the law, they can only "strongly encourage".

Do what you want.

Masks are definitely not needed at the airport. Have now flown with easyJet so cannot comment on the flight

I flew back to uk with EasyJet the other day - I did not see anyone wearing a mask.

I flew easy jet 3 times this year 1 international and 2 UK (last flight was last week) no masks needed at any point

I saw quite a few people around the airports (Europe and uk) with masks on but when I flew EJ 2 weeks ago it wasn't a requirement and nobody had one on my flight that I noticed.

No, I flew with easyJet last week from Manchester and nobody was wearing a mask.

Agree, I flew with them in August from Manchester and no one had a mask on. Don't think I saw anyone in the whole airport with one.

Thanks all. Thought as much!
