Sore armpit lymph nodes, but no lump?

For the last couple of days my armpits have felt a bit sore when applying roll on deodorant. Today, my right one in particular is starting to feel a bit tender. I feel well in myself and don’t feel like I’m coming down with anything. Can anyone reassure me please? I’m abroad at the moment so can’t go to my GP. Thank you.

To add, I can’t feel a lump, it just feels a bit sore and tender. Both of them but particularly the right one.

Its a sign of your immune system flaring up thats all. It might be your only symptom. It could be caused by the covid jab, or a cold. I got it a lot in the last year as I had recurring boughts of tonsilutus (eventually had them out) sometimes I felt fine except the armpits. I would suggest waiting to see if they get better on their own for a few days then call gp if you still have it in a week or so.

I always get this sort of pain if I’ve accidentally bought the 72 hr deodorant, it’s happened every single time, it goes after a couple of days when I stop using it! I assume it means it’s too effective and the lymph is being affected. Could it be your deodorant?

Thanks, I had my Covid and flu jabs almost five weeks ago so it might be too long ago for it to be those?

I just feel a bit worried/curious as I’d expect to feel a bit ropey if the lymph nodes were inflamed. Instead I am on a really relaxing holiday… well, I was relaxed until this happened!

Just bumping in case anyone else has experienced this?

I got this last week. I bought cheap deodorant and then a few days later it happened, hurt for about a week. DH used the cheap deodorant a few days later and it happened to him too 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve the same, however I’m just getting over a UTI which I’ve had an antibiotic for. Decided to sit it out for a week to see if it improves before contacting GP.
