How to talk to anybody- book?

Hi, can anyone recommend a book on a theme like my title.

I'm generally a confident person, and happy to meet with friends and meet new people, but lately I've noticed that I'm more part of the conversation, rather than being talked to one on one, or I sort of stick to general topics like what plans they have for Christmas etc. For example, a recent lunch dinner party, they ask how work is, I respond, we talk about the news, or kids, but some people can just keep conversation going...I kind of run out of things to say. Some people seems to have a natural gift for chat. Is there a book or something which you would recommend?
