Frozen Sausage Rolls

I have in my freezer frozen cooked sausage rolls from the butchers and doesn't give me any cooking instructions.
Can I put them in the oven from frozen do you think? Google only advises about uncooked?

put them in a metal oven proof dish/ container cover with foil and cook till they are hot all the way through the foil cover will stop the pastry from overcooking

Yes, you should cook from frozen, they will be soggy otherwise, if you want them golden, egg wash them.

I cook then freeze sausage rolls all the time. I warm up a single one in the microwave first for a minute, then put in air fryer (or oven) for 5-10 mins to crisp and finish warming.

I've tested my method several times with a food thermometer, so know they are thoroughly heated to over 75 degrees.

Yours may need a little longer, as it will depend on the size.
