Or is this just "life quote" nonsense (live, laugh, love type nonsense)?
I don't mean disappear as in never speak to anyone or move to the other side of the world. I just mean disappear as in disengage from social media, do some self-discovery 'inner' work, focus on health/diet/exercise, save money/reorder finances and pick up/work on new habits, reevaluate old friendships and withdraw completely from any dramas.
Apparently if you "disappear " for 6 months your life will look very different. Sounds tempting but has anyone ever done this and achieved a better life?
