Best travel mug?

I was planning on getting a Chillys one but started looking and now I'm confused! Please recommend me the best travel mug, must be leak proof and preferably stylish.

I have tried many, and this the ONLY one that is leakproof.

Do they make tea taste weird? Haven't found a cup yet that hasn't.

I've recently traded my old contigo for a Smash one, it only cost about a tenner, keeps drinks hot for hours, is easy to clean, doesn't leak and is nice and small compared to the Contigo, fits better in both my bag and the cupholder of my car.

Contigo are indeed great, we’ve been using them for years, however the lids are a pain to clean properly. My OH bought an insulated mug in Canada recently after asking in the store which was best. He was advised to get a Yeti and purchased this one below which is available in 2 sizes, although they make loads of different cups and mugs. He seems pleased with it so far.

I have a Contigo and a one green bottle 500ml one
Both equally good but I find the auto seal slightly easier to open( can only use my right arm)

Love it for sure but it does leak sometimes very rarely but it does
And i wash my bottle everyday but i cant seem to get rid of the smell of lemon tea that i had a few days ago, it just lingers

My 3 adult sons all have the Chillys version 2 love the new design and are a definite upgrade on the first one

Chilly bottles are good,I have a couple,but I find my Contigo mugs much better. I have a couple of snap seal ones and a couple of auto seal ones but prefer the auto seal ones,specially whn my arthritis plays up. They have never leaked even when just thrown into my rucksack or handbag.

The Contigo ones? No they don't.

I haven't tried a chillys one but of all the travel mugs I've used I find tea usually tastes a bit weird as well!

The only way I've found around the weird taste is to make the tea in a mug then tip it in when it's finished brewing and I've added milk.
