If the postie collects the parcel, I will get an email confirming it's been collected.

However, how do I send this to the buyer?

Vinted asks for a photo of the cert of posting. Can I take a screenshot of the email and load that for the buyer?

Yes, they send a collection update email to say it's been collected successfully. I've done this a couple of times on Vinted and it's never been an issue; as you say, just screenshot the email.
