I'm afraid I don't feel sorry for them after the latest revelations from RL. Why on earth would they do a self-congratulatory documentary when they knew there were skeletons in the closet. All that's come out of it is a confirmation that DB was a serial cheater.

Having watched the documentary I didn't find it self-congratulatory. What actually struck me was the level of respect that seriously famous footballers have for David, also the impact his career has had on VB, and the loyalty of his parents and friends.

It would've been one course of action to airbrush RL, in fact I found that section hard to watch and I'm not really surprised she took to the press this weekend. Neither come out of that period well.

I don’t think they give a shit is my answer. VB stance on it back then was to brazen it out, play happy families for the press and then have another baby.

Whilst they haven’t come out and said he’s a liar, the implication is that RL caused all the problems and hurt. However we know if RL didn’t have some level of evidence (she had text back at the time!) and some witnesses they would have denied this a whole lot more at the time and since.

They decided to stay together whether it was just RL or whether there have been others, that is between them. They should have either directly addressed it or left it out, dragging it out to only tell half the story and allow RL to start taking shit from it again is unfair.

But again the B’s don’t seem to care and live in their own bubble from the media, using it only when it suits them.
