Hello, I am in need of a break to clear my head and get myself into a good place.
I'm looking for a nice lodge with a private hot tub, for myself and 2 children.
Preferably within 1 hour of west Midlands but dont mind a little further out, I'm wanting to go next weekend, does anybody have any recommendations?
Budget around £400 for 3 nights

Search landal they have a few parks I’ve stayed in the 2 in Derbyshire not sure where others are but both of those have lodges with hot tubs but also indoor pools you can use too x

A little bit further but Pen y Garth lodges in Bala, north wales are absolutely lovely and in such a chilled location.

Bainland lodge park in woodhall spa, Lincolnshire. All the lodges have their own private hot tubs. The lodges are very spacious altho there is not much on site. There is a prebook swimming pool, bar/cafe and a few activities for younger kids but no evening entertainment. We really liked it tho.

Forest holidays, their cabins all have hot tubs and they've got a few different sites across the uk

How old are your children? Can you go at any time next weekend?

CyberCritical · 22/10/2023 23:19

Are the 2 kids in school? It's half term so prices will be high for next weekend, if you can go even a week later it will be cheaper (depends a bit on where you go as some half terms start last week of Oct)

7 and 8 so would need to be the weekend unfortunately Friday to Sunday, I was hoping because of the fact were almost in November it wouldn't have been as expensive as it is

It's all about the school holidays and this year Oct half term is spread across the whole month for some reason. I'm in Leics and half term was last week, neighbouring counties are this week and others start WC 30th.

If you look at centreparcs the price next weekend is double what it would cost for the weekend of 10th Nov.

@CyberCritical ah I'm with you, my kids break up the 27th so I did think prices would be slightly higher but not over £700 for 3 nights 😭 I'll have a look for November instead
