Hi all. I am looking to reskill and change careers. I have a degree in a digital/creative subject but work part time as an administrator currently.
I have looked into CIPD level 3 and feel like I will go down the route of online studying and hopefully secure a full time job in admin soon. Hoping that after I get the CIPD qualification it can eventually land me a role in hr.
my question is how likely is it to get into hr? Ofcourse it will be down to my persistence and motivation to apply for jobs etc but are the jobs limited? Would I struggle to find work?
