Single bed under high sleeper

Can I safely put a single bed under a high sleeper- so it's like bunk beds? I want to split a bedroom and use the beds in the middle as a split. We already have a high sleeper and a single bed but not sure it would fit. (Single bed is dismantled otherwise i would measure) Anyone done this?

It probably won't fit because the legs of the high sleeper will be where the legs are of a normal bed.

The only way to do it is to build like a pallet bed underneath or you might be able to place the single at a right angle so it's L shaped.

DN has a single underneath but set up, as pp says, so it’s like an L shape.
