Can anyone tell me how to edit this picture please?

I want to remove the piano, and the people (at least, I think they're people), to then print the picture & use it on dd2's birthday cake.

My plan is to paint a little Adele figure, and then add a miniature piano and stage lights.

Like this? You just edit using mark up and a thick black pen or add a black shape in front, if I’ve understand you correctly.
