How come the free gift box is only for users who pay the annual subscription upfront?
That seems a bit mean. We can’t all afford to pay £50 for something all at once.
If there was a quarterly version then absolutely but not £50 in one go in a cost of living crisis. Particularly as MN Premium doesn't really have very many additional features than regular MN.
It feels a bit like rewarding those who're wealthier and punishing the poor. All too familiar if you know what I mean?!
I do understand that with it being only £4.99 a month, that some people would just take the free gift and then cancel but surely if they did that, you could just close their account?
I'd expect this kind of marketing from some big brands but I'm surprised at Mumsnet.
