New mum friend left her DH - what can I do to support her

My friend has a 12 week old baby and has made the decision to leave her husband.

I’d like to support her as best as I can but would love to hear suggestions from people who have been in that situation as to what would actually be helpful please. (I live 40 mins drive away, so unable to offer frequent, in person support during the week)

also, I’m going to see her this weekend. Ideas for a little gift/care package would be much appreciated.

A few small gifts would be nice but I think the main thing is to just be there for her in general. In similar experiences to this, I've made the mistake of getting too emotionally involved as in most cases they've ended up getting back with their partner/ husband and I've felt frustrated and sad for them. So I try to remain impartial whilst still offering my support in other ways.
