PwC salaries

Trying to decide whether to accept a new job at PwC as a senior manager.

Does anyone know the rough salary bands and rough bonus?

(Checked Glassdoor but never sure how accurate it is!)

Which line of service?

Surely if you’ve been offered the job they will give you that information factually?

Why haven't they told you in their offer

They told me my salary offer but I don't know bands etc.

So ask them, it’s a perfectly reasonable question.

Tax

I left PwC a couple of years ago at the top end of Senior Manager and was on £100k plus benefits about£5k plus bonus about £14k. It’s a great place to work though you will work hard and learn a lot.I’m still with them though in a different country. Take it!

In Consulting - not sure how different bands are to Tax

The salary bands aren't really advertised (including internally) but I would expect, as a new SM to be on about 80k + benefits + bonus. I don't know how tax compare to advisory but I left as a middle of the range SM and I generally made over 100k.

Regions or London?

Regions is generally about £75k - £80k plus (small) bonus, up to about £90k / maybe scraping £100k if you’re very experienced.
