PwC salaries

Trying to decide whether to accept a new job at PwC as a senior manager.

Does anyone know the rough salary bands and rough bonus?

(Checked Glassdoor but never sure how accurate it is!)

Which line of service?

Changingplace · 20/10/2023 22:32

Surely if you’ve been offered the job they will give you that information factually?

FloofCloud · 20/10/2023 22:34

Why haven't they told you in their offer

So ask them, it’s a perfectly reasonable question.

I left PwC a couple of years ago at the top end of Senior Manager and was on £100k plus benefits about£5k plus bonus about £14k. It’s a great place to work though you will work hard and learn a lot.I’m still with them though in a different country. Take it!

In Consulting - not sure how different bands are to Tax

mynameiscalypso · 21/10/2023 19:45

The salary bands aren't really advertised (including internally) but I would expect, as a new SM to be on about 80k + benefits + bonus. I don't know how tax compare to advisory but I left as a middle of the range SM and I generally made over 100k.

Regions or London?

Regions is generally about £75k - £80k plus (small) bonus, up to about £90k / maybe scraping £100k if you’re very experienced.

@twqsd456 add about £10k - £20k on to those ranges :)

Jumping on with a similar question and hope that’s ok!

what would be the salary for a manager grade role, in london please? Not in tax or audit.

thanks in advance
