Ds2 had an absolutely horrendous experience travelling on Sunday and no one will take responsibility for it. I booked assisted travel for him. He is deaf and autistic.
He got to Paddington and no one knew he was coming. He was put on a buggy. He knew the guard was taking him to the wrong train and when ds tried to tell him he was told to shh. When I spoke to guard via videocall he said ds was panicking. Guard tried to put ds on the wrong train. When I told him it was the wrong train he realised and he got him to the correct train with three minutes to spare. No one took him off the train at Reading and no one put him on the train back. No one took him off the train at Paddington.
TFL run the Elizabeth Line. They say its down to Great Western. Great Western say its down to TFL... Basically I'm being passed from pillar to post by both companies so am thinking of going to the Ombudsman...
Really pissed off!!
