Has anyone had bulkamid injections for urethral bulking to stop stress incontinence?

Also wondering if anyone has had it and went on to have another baby? Apparently you can have it and still have a vaginal birth but yet to find anyone who has done this

Hi , I'm 46 without children and have had stress incontinence with exercise since I was a teenager but was told by my mum it was nothing to worry about then carried on an intense exercise regime for the next 30 years, also was constipated quite regularly. The incontinence got worse in my late 30s and I would wet myself all the way round a run so have consequently had to stop any high impact exercise. Having a cold is stressful as I sneeze a lot and invariably have an accident. I also sometimes wet myself during sex, which is mortifying , despite my partner not knowing. I've got a mild bladder prolapse and have been offered bulkamid but have been warned it can cause the bladder to be unable to empty and may need a permanent catheter. Has anyone had this treatment or long-term problems with bladder emptying after the procedure? I'm not sure what to do.
