Can I return my glasses if I don't like them?

I picked up my new glasses from Specsavers the other day and I hate them. As soon as I saw them I realised they weren't what I was expecting and they look awful on me.

The returns policy says 'No quibble, no fuss', but I feel like they will definitely quibble and fuss if I ask to return them as I don't like them?

For what it's worth they are the ones the lady working at Specsavers picked out for me, I felt pressured in there as after looking for around 5 minutes she joked 'take your time, but we close at 5 today by the way', it was 10am. I'm autistic and hate change so it takes me a while to pick glasses.

The only times I’ve taken specs back was because they were faulty / wrong prescription. They sorted them out.
Not sure the no quibble thing covers a change of mind but it’s worth asking.

They changed two pairs for me, they were fine when I picked them up but a few weeks later I couldn't see out of them.

They redid the eye test and my vision had changed, they happily made me new ones at no cost. Because of this, I always go to Specsavers.

Yes they will exchange for any reason, I had the same experience, felt pressured and rushed and hated then when they arrived, also the ones the assistant insisted were perfect, went back, I hate complaint but they were lovely and exchanged with no quibble.

No advice on their return policy but I've felt the same pressure / rush at my local Specsavers. I ended up leaving without choosing anything and then went back a few days later and specifically asked them to let me browse in peace, which they did.

Half the problem is their bloody covid policy, sanitising each pair of frames after it's tried on as if 'back of your ears' is a covid transmission hotspot. Makes me feel bad for trying a lot of frames on 🙄

Yes. I did this earlier on this year and they replaced them no problem. In all the years I’ve worn glasses I’ve never hated a pair of glasses more. They were completely understanding and didn’t hesitate to replace them.

SpecSavers were great when I had to return my glasses, they didn't quibble at all. I expected them to give the hard sale to find an alternative but no. I think you have 90 days.

Thank you everyone. I took them back this morning and they happily refunded them for me. :)
