Away on holiday and have tried a few different drinks yesterday and today. Felt fine yesterday. Today I’ve probably had around 7, maybe 8 over the course of the whole day plus lots of very rich food.
Anyway, suffice to say I overindulged drinking wise. I never usually drink but when I do I’m usually ok and rarely wake with a hangover, maybe a headache and that is all. I feel ultra queasy now- to the point that I was almost sick when brushing my teeth. I dread to imagine how many units I actually had.
I have had a lot of water but is there anything else I can do to feel better? It could always be something I have eaten
I don’t usually get nausea at all and can count on one hand the times I remember in my whole life, childhood and adulthood, that I’ve ever even vomited out of illness!
I know it’s silly! Please suggest best ways to feel better quick, what do you do if you’ve realised you’ve had a couple too many? :-)
