Never got into Schitts Creek or Parks and Recs but see them mentioned lots so maybe I'll retry.

Serenity and Fifth Element are both so brilliant. I’d stop what I was doing to watch them too.

Oh yes fifth element, I’ll watch it from any point doesn’t have to be the beginning.

Pinktops · 19/10/2023 19:50

Call The Midwife
Downton Abbey

ginandoreos · 19/10/2023 20:09

Why has nobody said Dirty Dancing?! 🫣

Normalsizedsalad · 19/10/2023 20:34

I never got the fuss about Dirty dancing. The movie was bit so and so but with good music imho.
West Side Story is superior😁

Mosaic123 · 19/10/2023 20:36

Gavin and Stacey.

There are lots of little details that you miss the first few times.

BasiliskStare · 19/10/2023 20:36

Apollo 13 - can watch that again and again - not once a month but I can watch it again

MrsHsGirl · 19/10/2023 20:54

series - Cracker, Only Fools and Horses, Frasier, Balckadder, The Office (UK), Royale Family

IFuckedTed · 19/10/2023 21:01

Breaking Bad, even though I think Better Call Saul is superior in many respects.

wellerhugs5 · 19/10/2023 21:04

Supernatural. We've watched it fairly consistently over the last 20 years. Over and over again, we love it and can close our eyes on the sofa listening to it as we know it so well we don't need to actually watch it Grin
Another one I like and can watch over and over again (and can easily fall asleep to) is Homicide Hunter!!! Kenda's voice is so relaxing haha!
Both excellent series by the way.

wellerhugs5 · 19/10/2023 21:04

Also Brooklyn 99. I don't fall asleep to that one - it's genius.

EpicGem · 19/10/2023 21:05

There's probably a few films I could watch over and over, but I have to be in the mood for the genre.
Series, I could watch pretty much any wildlife series on endless repeat, however, the series has to be complete because I will notice if an episode is missing.

Laurdo · 19/10/2023 21:05

Pretty woman, Gavin and Stacey, sex and the city.

Brokenwood. Fraiser. The West Wing. The original 1960s Maigret. Montalbano (both "young" and "old" versions). The 1970s Les Roi Maudits (shown on BBC and made compulsory viewing by our French teacher).
