What does this sound like?

Started feeling unwell at lunchtime. Headache, pain behind eyes, went to bed and slept for about 3.5 hours. Head feels a bit like a bowling ball. Muscle aches. Been up about 2 hours and had to go back to bed. Covid negative.

Sounds like my Covid experience! Mine was also negative at first
