Black or dark brown
Big enough for essentials for evening out
Crossbody to be safe and secure
Ideally pickpocket-proof
Not fussy about what it's made of.
Budget up to £50 ideally.

Kipling do some nice cross body ones

I forgot about Kipling! I love the LOREEN M but it's waaaaay over budget, sadly.

How many essentials do you carry? Beyond phone and keys, do you want to take out a bag of makeup and hair brush?
