There was a recent post about this but I can't find it so sorry for starting another.
Bought an item advertised as new with tags. Arrived today. The label is a safety pin type thing on the label so easily removed and replaced. Main problem is that the stench of laundry powder is so very very strong, it's very obviously been washed. Also doesn't feel new and looks slightly faded compared to the inside colour.
Seller says it's just a strong smell as it's been in the cupboard with clean clothes. I really don't believe this is true.
None of the 'didn't receive what I expected options ' fit the problem.
Has anyone had this and what did they do? I want to return it and if I have to pay postage I will. I just need the stinky item out of my house. The stench is outrageous.
