Can I freeze Sainsbury’s Cheese Stuffed Peppers?

“with creamy risotto rice, tomato and herbs” - the package says do not freeze, but if I defrost and cook properly, would it be ok?

Two things:
Rice is really easy to get food poisoning from because it’s porous.
I imagine it’s already been frozen hence the advice not to. I wouldn’t risk it.

Anything with rice, absolutely not.
