Royal Mail fee to pay card - I am losing my mind

I've got to pay £3.50 because the sender did not pay full postage. No problem, done it online before.
But this time the bloody online form won't let me put in the amount of 3.50 but keeps changing it automatically to £350! Have tried every way I can think of to put in the numbers to no avail (03:50, 3,50, 3.50 etc, even tried £4 because I'd rather over pay than lose the parcel) + emailed their customer service three days ago (no answer yet). Has this happened to anyone else, and how did you resolve it? Or am I just being thick here?
Many thanks.

Was this via a text? If so it will be a scam.

I've just done it and put in 350 and 3.50 and both worked fine... Could you maybe try in in a different browser (I used chrome) or on a different device?

I just typed in Royal Mail Fee to Pay in google and it too me to the RM website...

Chewbecca · 17/10/2023 12:48

Sure it isn't a scam?

VanellopeVonSchweetz99 · 17/10/2023 12:50

It was a card through the door. Will try another browser! Thank you.

Can you ask postman? Or go to local sorting office or where ever the parcel is being held. X

If it isn't a scam, could you go to the sorting facility and pay to collect it. This is what I've done in the past.

Many thanks all, another browser worked!
Edit: Can't believe I didn't think to do that myself. That's stress for you 😳
