Is OVO live ticket name the account holder?

My sister lives with dad (different surname as was married) and she's wanting to get tickets via OVO live for her and her kids, if she gets them would it be dad's name on the tickets? He wouldn't be going to the show so just trying to work out if she can get them or would need to wait and go through Ticketmaster?

Sorry, obviously its his account as his house so she isn't named on the bill as she's not planning on being there much longer if she can help it.

I often use my FILs OVO presale for myself. The tickets don’t have names on them, so I wouldn’t worry. Even if they did have names on the tickets, the person named doesn’t need to be there for OVO events.
