Hi all i went to M&S for a bra fitting as i dont know my size i just wear what fits.
Now i thought id be a b or d no she said im a 36DD.
I tried on what she gave me to try and it fitted ok. (lace ones)
Took me out to look at the right sizes to buy got 2 of them. ( none lace ones)
I told her i dont like the lace ones.
But when i put one on today it dont fit me the cups are to big and its too tight around me.
Cant take them back as binned receipt in town.
So im asking would it be better to just go and try on a load of bras untill i get the right size.
She really got it wrong but dont want to go back for a new fitting as i dont want to make a fuss over it.

If I'd taken the time out to go for a bra fitting, I'd have tried the bras out instore after - from my experience, if you do this, they'll happily come into cubicle and have a look at the fit with you.

If you've kept the labels on, you'll be able to return - albeit you'll get a credit note without a credit, but at least you can use that for bras that do fit or someone else in store.

Have you scooped? Normally M&S err on the side of going too wide on the band and too small on the cups. If you scoop properly you may well find the bras fit you better. But as long as the labels are on them they'll probably swap.

Do you have a Sparks Card? If so then you'll have a record of what you bought.

Hi if you still have the swing tag attached it won’t be a problem they will exchange or give you a credit voucher.

Don't go to M&S, they are the worst bra fitters in the world.
Visit the Boob or Bust website and measure yourself to get an indication of what size you should be in and get ordering different brands from places like Bravissimo or Bra Stop and different styles to find what you like and is comfortable. Or just visit a Bravissimo or independent shop for a fitting.
