I'd only intended replacing my en suite floor tiles but we've discovered that the previous owners did an horrendous botch job on the whole room. So the room has been gutted.

I'd already bought black floor tiles (similar to the ones in the attached picture) but now I need wall tiles - and quick! Builder is happy to do the extra work if I can get all the materials by Tuesday.

Please inspire me either by telling me what colour your bathroom tiles are, or by showing me ones you like. I've been looking at tiles all day and have gone tile blind! Thank you.

I have large white hexagon tiles in one bathroom and love them, from Victorian Plumbing. With a black patterned floor tile.

They're lovely @TiredandLate. I think my floor tiles are from Victorian plumbing.

What about a splashback instead of tiles?

I like @TiredandLate idea too - contrasting shapes. Are you doing the floor in that herringbone pattern then? What about doing a half room tiled (round the bath and shower and above sink with something like this Large format concrete tiles then painting the rest of the room so you can bring in some colour.

We’ve used these in 2 bathrooms. Not going to date quickly, but don’t need sealing like real stone. And pattern hides a multitude of slovenliness. All black floors will show every white speck

Yes, you can get waterproof wall panels for bathrooms. A friend has a scarlet one in her bathroom. Must be easier to keep clean than dealing with grouting. Those tiles are lovely, but they’ll take a lot of keeping up to.

Amazing! I'd definitely do that next time.

What website are you using for your tiles please? I’m looking at tiling work next week so am in the same position.

Aesthetically, I like black for the floor the best but I know from experience they’re sometimes a headache to maintain in areas of limescale like ours. Love the ones you’ve chosen. Large white ones for the walls?

I used Topps Tiles Inara concrete/cloud recently in my shower room. The dark grey on the floor and lighter grey on walls. Topps Tiles had them in stock on-site when I had to buy extra at short notice. The original order was delivered by them though.

I have attached a photo but it isn't brilliant!
