What are these bites?

They don't look like bed bugs do they? My daughter woke up with bites like these on her legs, arms, belly, back... I can't see any creepy crawlies anywhere. Washing duvet, blanket, bedding, pest people coming round today to inspect, but what could it be???

could they be hives? hard to see clearly but that many bumps can be hives.

Just had to Google hives... Are they ultimately result of bites too?

They look like hives to me too. If they are, they'll be a reaction to something she's come into contact with.
Has she eaten anything that she doesn't usually have?

Unfortunately hives can be a reaction to pretty much anything so could be hard to pin down what caused it. Do you have any antihistamine tablets you can give her?

It's unlikely to be caused by anything biting her. Far more likely to be something she ate recently.

I get them most days and most of the time I can't work out what has caused it. My daughter occasionally gets them on her legs and we can never work out what sets it off.

Don't look like bites. Uticaria / hives or possibly fungal. Take her to a pharmacist. Don't think you need pest control.

I don't think they're bites at all. It's either hives or a rash.

They look like hives to me too. My son had similar last year. His body ended up covered. I phoned 111 because of how bad it looked and she said it can be the result of a virus too (he’d felt run down for a couple of days). A dose of Piriton brought it down quite quickly.
